I have the latest version of Outlook for Mac 2011. I like using Outlook for all my email accounts, but since two of them are job related, I find myself checking both interchangeably while technically "clocked in" for one company. Is there a way to hide my other job's email inbox without having to delete the account? That way while I work on one job, I cannot see the emails coming in for the other job until I'm ready to "unhide" that inbox and begin working on those emails...Thanks! -Jonathan

jattends svp c mon travail

I did a lousy job of explaining the issue in the title - but basically, I have saved contacts which have all been corrected, but there seems to be this "auto fill" feature in the To: area of composing an email.

I have tried refreshing but EVERY time I type a particular person's name in the To: area it auto fills in the incorrect address.

How the heck do I fix this?

Thanks

I have had trouble for two days with trying to read my hotmail e mails and trouble getting into them now I have to find out

how to get my e mails put back to  my Hotmail address.I am a 76 year old lady who is abit shakey and sometimes have a job

getting on with it but I  am house bound and my way of keeping contact Thank you J Weir

I accidentally touched return while one of my Office Reminders flagged documents was highlighted, and the flag and the document have disappeared. I presume it's been cancelled, and since I can't for the life of me think what it was I can only hope it wasn't too important.  This Office Reminders really is one of the most un-userfriendlty applications I've encountered in 25 years with a Mac.  You really would think Microsoft wouldd have made a better job of it by now, but it just seems to be getting worse, along with Outlook which has become an overcomplicated shambles while a lot of the basics are still dire.

I received a message from a job earlier this year and waited but never heard from them again....so I deleted the message I originally received.  Now I have heard from the company and they don't remember sending me this message.  Is there any way to retrieve the message even if it was deleted several months ago so that I can send them back a copy of it?

thanks

Jason
