hotmail acccount was hacked three days ago. I've tried everything, single use codes, reset password, etc. Opened a new hotmail account hoping that Microsoft would contact me there with a solution. NOTHING. I have no contact list, no way to check or receive emails from my clients. This is seriously hurting my business. Any suggestions?
I have old groups in my contact list and now want to add a new group.  I am able to create a new group name but can't find a way to add contacts to it.  Also I can't find a way to edit my old groups.  Need help. Ed
How can I add a new folder for a new category?

How do I go back to the old?
I am have trouble adding to my contacts and eliminating wrong ones.  Also, there is no easy way to go back to the inbox after working with contacts without x-ing out and starting over again.  This new contacts procedure is not user friendly.  Help!
I know I can doubleclick on a 30 minute increment in the calendar and a new Appt will open. I also know I can click and drag a time period int he calendar to create an appointment, and then I just enter the topic the appt directly into the calendar screen. If I use the click and drag method, is there a way to quickly enter the location of the appt too? In my old calendar system I could enter:

Doctor@hospital

Can it would put Doctor in subject and Hospital in the location. Is there a similar type of shortcut for Outlook? Click, drag, enter subject, return, command-o, tab, enter location seems like way too many steps. There's got to be a better way and I'm just missing it.

Thanks,

Allan
I purchased Outlook but inadvertently deleted it. Is there a way I can re-download without purchasing it again? Is there a record of my purchases?
At the moment only the default mailbox displays on the left hand pane, I would like several mailboxes to show in that pane.

Is there a way so that I can view multiple 'inboxes', 'sent items' etc associated with different users on the one outlook account?

Please advise :)
I received an email supposedly from Hotmail asking for my user name, password, & some other information.  Tried to find a way to contact Hotmail to see if it truly is a scam but can't find a method for contacting anyone.
