I am using Windows Live Mail on Windows 8.1.  When sending a Group mail I am getting the error message "The message could not be sent.  Type an e-mail address for one or more recipients in the To, Cc or Bcc box" when the Group title is clearly in the "To" box.
When I try and print a list from a contact group, the print option is greyed out.
I use to be able to do this because I already have a printout from an earlier version of
the contact group. Not sure why I can't now.
I am trying to transfer members of contacts to a contact group i named relatives and friends.  when i get into the adress book with suggested contacts from (my personal e-mail adress) i get the needed list of names which happen to be my friends and relatives.  I then clicked on all the names i wanted  and clicked members on the bottom left of box. and clicked ok. Now yes the names of all those clicked  are listed under friends and relatives when i click on the list logo .  But on the left panel of contacts  is  the group named relatives  and friends, but i cannot click on this group name to get the list to pop up.  What can i do to correct this?
I have just sent an email to my customers in a contact group and I need to forward it to another 6 contact groups.

I keep being told that my mail has reached maximum and I need to delete something, but it cannot possibly be full.

I used to be able to do this regularly when I was using the old Outlook.

Please help.

I have been trying to sort this out for the past month.  I have received private messages asking me to give specific details such as my email address and even send a photo of the error message, but nobody has then helped me further.

I really am wasting so much time, effort and money on this problem.

Why can somebody from Microsoft not contact me?

I'm running Windows Live mail 2012 Build 16.4 on Windows 7 Home Premium.

If I go into Contacts and then right click on a Group (or Category?) I get options to Edit, Delete and Create a Category (same as Group I guess?). I also see an option for sending an email (presumably to the Category or Group). However this option is always greyed out and cannot be selected.

Can anyone shed any light on why this option should be greyed out? or is this a programming bug and the facility is not available?

Bernard

I have followed the steps to email a contact group as an attachment.

If I look under 'sent items' the attachment in my email opens as a contact group - all good.

However, the receiver of the email receives the attachment as a empty folder.  Not even a file, just an empty folder.

We are not on exchange servers.

What are we doing wrong?

Please help!!

I have put together a group of 340+ email addresses in a group, so of which were pulled from my contact database and some that were entered directly into contact group.

When I go to send, it get an error that pops up that "One or more recipients are invalid".  I have gone through the list and found the @ symbol on each address and the extension is right on all addresses.

The message gets put into my Drafts" folder and does not send to anyone on the list, even the CC'ed addresses, one of which is my own.

How would one figure out which address(s) are causing the problem?

Thanks,
Harvey

Original title: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***? why this guy is in my contact group when I send a mail out?

When I send a mail out to a group of friends I always get a return mail error message telling me that my mail cannot be sent o a certain *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I do not know who he is, he is not in my Contacts list. When I check my group contact list, I do not see that name.

I have deleted the entire group contact and built a new one. The same thing happens.

Who is that mysterious guy? How is he hidden in my group contact list?

How can I delete him from my contact list so that I do not get a Mailer Daemon return message?

Thank for helping me solve this mystery

I am using Outlook version 14.3.5.  on my Mac.  I created a contact group I want to send messages to.  When I try to send, I get a message stating 'SMTP Synchronization Error'.  I don't understand this or know how to correct it.
