Why is'nt service status working so i can get to hotmail ?
Hi,
Last weekend I installed Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2 with rollup 3 package on all of my Exchange servers. After that none of our Mac clients (Outlook 2011) are able to connect to our server. I guess this is due to the new version of Outlook Web Access, so there should be some sort of incompatibility. OWA is working fine. Autodiscover is configured properly. By the way, all Blackberry devices that utilize OWA have the same problem. EWS directory allows basic authentication - I can easily load xml file using web browser.
Any ideas? What do you think it could be? Should we expect an update for Office for Mac?

I worked through all the issues associated with Service Pack 1 for Outlook 2011:Mac, and then reluctantly installed Service Pack 2. First off, the update created a new identity that I had to delete and restore my previous identity, as the new automatically
created one did not have any of my email, contacts or calendars. With that behind me, I have found that I cannot get Outlook to sync with iCal now, in order to update my iCloud account and push changes out to our iPhones and iPods. If I open the sync services
window, all the selection boxes are blank. Therefore, I am not able to choose any portion of Outlook to sync. Can some one help? And thanks Microsoft for another bad update. Why don't you just work on getting Outlook to directly sync with iCloud.
When I log in to my email, I get this message:
Sooo frustrated, I'm waiting for exam results that will only be communicated to me via email.

Your account has been blocked
Why are you seeing this?
Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages (or something else that violates the Windows Live Terms of Service).
We're here to help you get your account back.
We're here to help you get your account back.
What do you need to do?
We'll walk you through a few steps to verify that you own the account, then have you change your password in case someone else has been accessing your account. It should only take a few minutes and then you'll be unblocked and on your way.
We've cleaned your account settings
Often customers get here because someone else has access to your account and are using it without your knowledge to send spam. To protect you and your contacts, we've removed any Hotmail auto-replies or linked accounts you may have had.
When I go to continue, it says it will send a code to some email address I have never seen but it can't be changed. Sooo frustrated, I'm waiting for exam results that will only be communicated to me via email.

I have been using W7 for 8months or so without problem. My log in has for many years been @hotmail.co.uk.Last 2 weeks I have not been able to access Instant Messaging site as I am constantly told that I need to connect to internet when I am already
connected through Google Chrome.I note also that my IM and windows access log on has changed to hotmail.com. I have overcome the problem on access to windows live log in but not IM service Help please .
I am receiving an email that says it is from Windows Live Service and that my account hasn't been updated by customer care account care services. Is this a phishing scam since it is asking for my full name, user name, password, birth date and country
or territory? It is stating this is necessary to avoid blocking of my account and it is a backup. Where can I send this email to in case it is a phishing scam?
When I try to delete messages in my inbox I get "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Hotmail." The messages do not delete and message says Live Mail is "normal".
I have tried rebooting, and other disk cleaning methods. Nothing seems to work.
I got the following email, supposedly from the Hotmail Member Service Team. This is someone trying to hack me, right? Here's the email:
