Hi,

I recently had a crash of my MacBook Pro and had to format and reinstall all of the applications. Fortunately I had a backup disc of all of the Data including the Microsoft User Data Folder in Documents. I now want to import all of my old emails back into Outlook 2011. Kindly help me with the steps to complete the recovery of emails into Outlook.

Regards,
Sri
Following a recent Microsoft Office update my hotmail & gmail accounts previously setup in Outlook have disappeared along with all contacts, calendars & folders etc. How do I recover these?
I am transferring all of my data from a MacBook to MacBookPro and purchased a second Microsoft Office Mac 2011 Home and Business and I used all three licenses of the older version of the Office Mac 2011.  I had two separate Identities on the Outlook MacBook: (1) personal and (2) business, so that when I opened Outlook, I had the option to select which Identity I desired to open.

I have not been able to select two separate Identities on the MacBookPro, even though I copied both Identities from the MacBook into the Identities Documents folder, but am not able to open the personal Identity separately.  Rather, both Identities have merged into the primary business Identity.  I then created a second account for the personal Identity, but that did not solve the issue.

So, how can I create a second Identity on the MacBookPro?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I am trying to sent 2 scanned pages with a short e-mail. The first time that I sent it, I got a message that it exceeded the 2080 KB (I forgot the exact number) limit by 2 KB. I erased one page and got the same exact message for one page as I got for two. I just tried it again with 2 pages and gotAn operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net trafficAn operation on the server timed out. "The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic".I get the latter message often and cannot figure out who is responsible. My server said that it was Microsoft. My questions are:
1. How can I increase the size of pages to be attached? I cannot conduct business with such tight limits!
2. Can I deactivate these dumb limits?
3. What I am I supposed to do about the "server may be overloaded" message? Have you noticed that it is easy for Microsoft to send such messages but they are not helpful since they do not link you to a solution.

When I signed up for the Microsoft Community yesterday, my Outlook Emails (all of them), my Outlook Calendar and Outlook Contact List were ENTIRELY erased.  I restored emails by going to gmail.  Is there any way to recover my Calendar and Contacts?t
