Windows Live Mail FAQ
For the last few days I have been having serious problems with windows live messenger. It will either not log me in at all or if it does when I try to appear online to contacts it will either throw me out of messenger altogether or it will show me off line to my contacts even though im showing as available.
Any help please. I have not changed anything with the settings or on my laptop. I need to get it sorted out asap as it is my only source of contact with someone very important.

i sent an email but now need to remove this addy from my laptop...how do i do this ..?
Each time mail is delivered now, it delivers one or two new emails plus loads of copies of emails already received. It always ends with an error (see below). I had the laptop set up for me when I bought it and I know very little about it so I would appreciate any replies in the simplest terms possible! Thanks.

When I first open Hotmail the CPU usage shoots up to 100% for a while and freezes the laptop.
It then drops and I can send/compose emails but it rises again to 100% and freezes again. Sometimes I cannot get out of it using alt/ctl/del and have to force close the laptop.
I believe this problem is caused by ad cookies on Hotmail. When the freeze occurs, 'waiting for ' mookie1.com is constantly cycling at the bottom of the screen.
How do I get around this?
