hi,

I am trying to add contact in windows messenger but its not accepting the yahoo IDs. Even if someone adding me from yahoo messenger, then the invitation coming to me after accepting still pending notification to accept this contact.

Have received unwanted friend invitation in Messenger.  Have tried to delete it without any success.  When I click on it in profiles it comes up but then the screen flickers  until the information re invitation disappears.  Have tried clicking "delete" on screen between flickers but still no luck.  Please help :)

I updated my live.com email account to outlook.com email today and am in the process of updating my email and calendars from Gmail. I tried to share my main calendar with my wife, still on Gmail, but am getting the following error:

There's a problem sending your invitation because you've hit the limit for the number of messages you can send in a day. You can increase this limit by verifying your account in Hotmail. Just go to your inbox and send a message from there. Then come back to Calendar to send this invitation. Sorry for the inconvenience. (redacted)@gmail.com

I've gone back into outlook.com and sent her an email saying that I am trying to share my calendar with her but I keep getting this same message. I've deleted my cache and temp internet files. I am on Win7 Home Premium using IE9 and Windows Live Mail. I am attempting to share through IE, not Live Mail.

Why am I limited in the number of messages I can send in a day? I had previously tested the calendar by inviting her to a test event. She hasn't responded to that yet so I don't know if she got the invite.

Thanks,

Brian

I delete _a_lot_ of emailed calendar invitations.

When I delete them (just by hitting the delete button on the screen, it emails EVERYONE on the invite list that I declined.

Most of these meetings are informational only; I don't have to attend or decline them - just be notified that they are going to happen.

How do I get Outlook to not message everyone when I delete an event invitation?

when attempting to create a meeting or appointment in the public calendar, it won't allow me to add a recipient (TO:). I get the error message:

"this meeting invitation cannot be sent because it is in a public folder" in Outlook 2011"
i wanna answer for my case??

my Hotmail account was not able to log in for 1 hour because of some one i received invitation from him while i was chat on public chat rooms , he ask me to log out and log again when i make it , i was not able to log in back and he said i hacked your mail , i tray after 1 our more hour of this , and i was able to log in again . do some one has explanation for that ?

note: i didn't receive any links for him and i didn't turn on the camera or received a video call massage from him .
Every time I send a calendar invite from my @live.com account I get the error below.

Windows Live Calendar Error "There's a problem sending invitations and responses to invitations right now. The event was saved to your calendar but you'll need to refresh your browser to see it. Try sending your invitation or response again later."

I have cleared the cache, changed passwords, and etc.  I have another account with an @live.com and it has no problems sending calendar from the same computer.  I have placed both account side by side and have gone that all the settings and cannot find anything different.  I even created a thrird new account just to test and it also has the calendar invitation error.  So why can one account work fine and the other do not.  Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks
