I had taken some pictures when I just bought my hp. The pictures are saved in SkyDrive's mobile uploads and camera rolls folders in my hp. At that time, I haven't registered to microsoft community.

Upon seeing the benefits of SkyDrive, I registered to microsoft community. I have no issues to upload new pictures at the moment but what I would like to know: Why I couldn' t see any of the SkyDrive's pictures in the mobile uploads and camera rolls folders of my hp, when I sign in to SkyDrive at my office PC.

I'm using Nokia Lumia 800 with carrier CV MY Black Var ID530 v3 with its software, Windows Phone 7.8.

Please advise.

I was able to successfully upload a picture that contained text through windows 8.1 camera roll. I copied my image to the camera roll folder after enabling the camera roll sync within windows 8.1. The OCR worked and generated extracted text. However, I am not able to obtain any search results using words from the extract text. I tried the search within Skydrive from a browser as well as from Windows 8.1 Search Files (as shown in the Channel9 demo from September on Skydrive's OCR). Can anyone shed light on why OCR extracted text is not part of the search index from within SkyDrive? What do I need to get this working as it was shown in the Channel9 demo?  I waited 24 hours and still no search results for any extract text words.

Thank you

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a Samsung WB150F camera and I am having problems using the SkyDrive application that comes pre-installed with the camera.

I can enter my username and password successfully, however, after only uploading 3% of my image, the upload fails with the error message "Transfer failed" displayed. This happens every-time I attempted to upload images.

What steps do I need to do to get this working?

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

I have windows XP on my computer and I was wondering how to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 onto the computer because it says its a camera. I've gotten to where it shows the pictures on my phone and when I left click them it says save to My Pictures, but I don't want to have to go through all 700 of them and save them. So that brings me to my next question, can I save multiple pictures at at time!0? Thanks for the help!

How to do to have camera on messenger????
Thanks.
How do I send a photo from my digital camera in an email to famil?

I'm using Windows Vista x 64

Recently I uninstalled Windows Live Essential 2011 because did not work a cause of Sidebybiside error.

I reinstall Windows Messanger 2009.

My webcam camera individually work fine when I press the  Microsoft Webcam icon on the desktop, I can see myself in the screen

When I tried to make a video call the connection go through, ( I can see the other person, but the other person cannot see mi ), the webcam does not show my image, appear full of black line and has no sound, similar to a TV with the cable disconnect (meaning no having signal ).

How can solve this problem ?

Hardware: Acer Aspire 5720G with Crystal eye camera embbeded,

Software: Windows 7 professional SP1, windows live messenger: version 2012 (build 16.4.3503.728)

I have configured in tools/set-up audio and video both systems and i see my camera working and after click on "finish", i cannot make a video call (only allow me a voice call) with another user that I'm sure that have camera installed and working.

Why i cannot make any video calls??

Best regards, Mauricio

I'm getting this message:

Your call wasn't connected. Please try again or leave a video message. (Error: 0x8ac70013)

Also, when invited to Receive a call, I do not get the invitation. (?)

Currently installed Windows Live Messenger Version 2011  (15.4.3555.308)

My camera is working fine (if I want to create a video message)

Is there an easy fix?

Thanks!
