I have a working Active Exchange Sync on my Samsung mini S3, with emails, contacts tasks and calender set and synced to my Exchange Server.
I can't edit my calender entries that were created on my computer they all appear as invitations in my Android and I'm not the owner of these invites.
Am using Outlook 2013.
What to do?
Thanks
I am unable to properly set up the sync between my Desktop Outlook contacts and calendar with the outlook.com app on my android Samsung Note 3.  Although I had a Hotmail acct many years ago, I set up a new Microsoft acct to handle this.  Sync displays as having taken place but no data comes across to the Note 3.  Feel like an idiot in that I cannot figure out the problem on what should be a simple setup process.  Anyone have any tips or fixes for a guy like me obviously suffering brain lock today.  Thanks in advance.
I have recently bought a new Samsung Camera and I am having an isssue with conneting it to my SkyDrive account. After logging in (via camera) I am being asked if I give permissions to the Samsung app. I do accept it, but I constanty receive infromation: "There's temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later" - http://sdrv.ms/174z9no

Is there a solution?
I recently was forced to accept a Samsung Galaxy 4G as an insurance replacement for my lost HTC Sensation.  Outlook.com was installed on the HTC and functioned without issue.

On the Samsung, Outlook.com reports that "HTML is not supported" and displays the message as plain text.

If I use Outlook.com to forward the email to my gmail.com account all works fine.  Outlook.com on android appears to have and issue.  I;ll try here before taking the app off my phone.

Thanks

Hi there,

I've had my phone replaced by Samsung on Saturday and since then, have had no such luck in syncing my mail via hotmail/Outlook with the Outlook app when I am not on wifi. On wifi works fine, but using Mobile Data it just wont let me.

I've had 3 very painful conversations with Telstra who insist they cannot help.

I am able to download my mail through the normal Samsung mail app while on 4G but I prefer Outlook, which won't download.

I'm hoping you can help me?

Cheers

Hi,

I have already spoken to Samsung regarding the problem. This is what they said:

"Due to the fact SkyDrive is a Microsoft product you would need to contact them for tecnhical assistance. We would sadly not be able to offer any assistance at this time."

Can this be looked into please? It looks like it is a common problem with many makes of camera; not just one model.

Many thanks

I have been uploading pictures from my Samsung WB250F camera for over a month; now I get "upload failed. Upload again or connect to other networks".  I tried SkyDrive on Dell Inspiron 2020 on another Dell Inspiron 1440 computer; same results.  I used a different router, different DSL provider, Vista instead of Windows 8.1 preview; same results.  I can upload pictures using Evernote and Picasa.  Any suggestions?

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a Samsung WB150F camera and I am having problems using the SkyDrive application that comes pre-installed with the camera.

I can enter my username and password successfully, however, after only uploading 3% of my image, the upload fails with the error message "Transfer failed" displayed. This happens every-time I attempted to upload images.

What steps do I need to do to get this working?

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

So a few days ago I got the NOKIA LUMIA 920 when my other phones  (SAMSUNG FOCUS FLASH SGH-i677) screen cracked. One of the folders under pictures  on my Samsung is saved pictures and they aren't transferring to my Nokia. The thing is my Samsung SIM card got deactivated so i cant call or text but i can still use the phone. My pictures which I saved aren't showing up on Skydrive either. I have no idea how to put them to my new phone. HILFE BITTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (means help please)
The other day I received notification that my Hotmail account needed a password change. This was no problem as I've done this many times before. I recently upgraded smartphones from a Droid2 to a Samsung Galaxy Note II. I love it and have yet to have an issue with any apps, internet usage or email.
Well, after receiving my email password change update (and changing it accordingly) I was able to log into my email through my laptop without issue. However, my SGNoteII is a different story. I noticed that after attempting to log into my hotmail through my Note II, I kept seeing the error message, "Sign in Failed, Invalid Username/Password"
So, I entered the new password (which worked on my laptop) into the hotmail settings on my Note II and again, "Sign in Failed, Invalid Username/Password"
I took the Samsung to my local Verizon store and tech service made several attempts to log me in, but had no success. They even went as far as to try logging into their own hotmail account through the Samsung and strangely enough, it worked on the first try.
The IT guy suggested that I may possibly have something wrong with my hotmail account and not my Samsung.
He advised me to contact Hotmail. But before I did/do that I wanted to post my issue on the message board in hopes that someone else has had a similar problem as I have and knew the solution (with positive results.)

Thank you so much
