The SmartScreen filter keeps blocking my favorite newsletter, and even after I move said newsletter to my inbox, I STILL have to click to show the content EVERY TIME I open the email. I've marked the newsletter as "not spam" every time I get the newsletter, and Hotmail continues to ignore that command and sends each one right to the junk folder. I tried adding the sender to my contact list, but that didn't help, and there's no helpful button nearby, as there seems to be for all my other messages, that says "add sender to contacts" or "approve sender" or some such.

Not the world's biggest problem, but it's getting REALLY annoying. How do I fix this?

can't right click on an email

I select an email in my inbox or any subfolder and right click (control+click).
A blue box appears around the message and no right-click menu appears
Text (From/Subject/Date Received) changes from black to gray.

One of the features in Entourage which i can't find in Outlook is being able to isolate your search within your email inbox/sent/deleted folders.  In Entourage i could type in someones name and the emails from that person would be the only emails that the inbox would show me.  Right now, i'll use the 'arrange by' tab and then 'from' and the emails will all be arranged by people's name but they WILL NOT be ISOLATED to the specific name i want.  any answers? it's driving me nuts.
Issues with signing in; each time I click on the shortcut in Microsoft Messenger that takes me to my inbox, I have to manually sign in, despite the fact that the "Keep Me Signed In" box is checked.  After I manually sign in, if I close the window and attempt to access my inbox via the shortcut again, I have to sign in again.  It happens each time, and is very annoying when I need to check my e-mail multiple times a day.  The message on the sign-in page says either my e-mail address or password is incorrect, and to try again, when I know for a fact that both my e-mail and my password are correct.  I found someone with a similar issue, and it was suggested to set the browser not to delete history upon exit, but my browser is not set this way, thus this is not the problem.  Help would be HUGELY appreciated, as I've been putting up with this for months with no idea what to do.
I've got over 6700 emails in my inbox. Every time I delete them, they return.  One junk message came in today and every time I attempted to delete it, it multiplied.
On Windows Live Mail, my messages always immediately appear as "read" even when I haven't opened them. This occurs in both "inbox" and "unread mail". I have disabled "reading pane", and unchecked "Mark emails as read after ... seconds. What next?
I decided that Mac Mail is not my preferred email app and decided to delete the hotmail account from it. It removed everything from my inbox on the server. Is there any way of reinstating my emails or are they gone
On the inbox screen, i cant click on any of the listed emails,
rec'd an email stating the above and that my hotmail account will be closed in two weeks.

When I try to delete messages in my inbox I get "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Hotmail." The messages do not delete and message says Live Mail is "normal".

I have tried rebooting, and other disk cleaning methods. Nothing seems to work.
