I had a rule enabled to delete all the emails of NewsLetters category after 10 days. I purchased 2 tickets from a website and both the tickets got deleted because of this rule. Why doesn't the "slideshow" feature work when viewing photos in an email? A window pops up and says I need to install Silverlight but I have already done that. I tried to install it again thinking maybe I did something wrong but it then says "Silverlight
