Someone logged into my account

Please can someone help me access my emails?! I don't make a fuss - I'm a librarian after all - but what kind of Customer Care is it to tell the customer that they can't have access to their emails, when it's obvious that they can't be a criminal. Would I be on this forum if I was?

Here are some ways to help you manage your account after you reconfirm your account.
  1. Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your inbox will be that much smaller.
  2. Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hotmail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

email fake or real?

recently ive been getting an email saying its from the hotmail staff and id like to know if its fake or not.

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to congestion in all Windows Live Mail user accounts, there shall be a removal exercise of all used and unused Hotmail/Msn Accounts. Windows Live would be shutting down several accounts as your email address needs to be added to the new Windows Live database. Gmal account prompts for password every time

HI Diane,

 

 

I have come across a issue were customer is using an Imap a/c with Gmail, Were he gets network password prompt everytime, The same a/c works fine when its setup as POP3, We have tried what ever we could do from our end, Could you please suggest us few steps, It wil be a great Help.

Verify hotmail account scam – how do I know if I’ve been hacked or given a virus?

I received the following email which I have since identified as a phishing scam. I was fooled, though, and clicked the link, which brought me to a white page saying 'No input file specified'

I didn't input any of my login details anywhere (I wasn't given the opportunity to), but does anyone know if by even clicking on this link I have received a virus or have been hacked or anything?

I have had problems sine Sept 5th signing in. opening  and replying to eemails. The formatting is upside doen.

 

You NEED an phone Customer Service systam. ASAP.
