MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT GOT SWITCHED TO OUTLOOK(WHICH I DON'T LIKE), AND NOW ALL MY CONTACTS ARE GONE! HOW DO I GET THEM BACK?
How do I change my Contacts page back to my old Hotmail contacts list
All contact info is gone including groups. How can I retrieve them? It has been at least one week and I have not received a reply.
Evidently I was automatically switched to Outlook without my permission. In so doing I have all the options down the left hand side I formerly had - except Contacts. That is missing. Without it I do not have my bank of contact addresses to send email to.
Where is the bank of Contacts supposed to appear?
If I delete someone do I disappear from their contacts and can they see if I am on line still!!!
I accidently clicked on "filter contacts" and now all my contact are gone...help!
How do I manage my contact page? I can add new contacts bu cannot edit or delete anything that is there now. This is extremely frustrating and I am sorry they changed something that was working so easily before. HELP!
