Hotmail Email signature

04. March 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: account info, contact details, Hotmail Email signature, hotmail messages, Signature

I added a signature to the body of my hotmail messages telling everyone my contact details when I set up my account some years ago.

It comes up as part of the email content whenever I start or reply to email. I need to update this information but now can't find where to go to make the changes? Not in my profile or account info. Help anyone:)

I finally got my iPad working again but my iPhone homail till doesn’t wok

Hotmail was not accepting my passport so I wasn't able to send or receive e. mail for 4 or 5 days.  I changed my password and you verified my account info and I got my hotmail working again.  However, the same problem continues not to work.  It says it can't verify my account but it doesn't give me the opportunity or form to answer the verification .

Scam?

Many thanks.

IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED
Dear Customer,
Windows Live Hotmail® accounts has been growing really fast.
We are having too many congested email due to the anonymous registration of Hotmail, Msn, and Live Accounts on our database system. Please reconfirm your email account and information to know if your account is still active and will also be recorded on our new database system.
We need you to reply and fill in the information below within one week or you will lose your account permanently.
*Username
*Password
*Date of birth
*Country or Territory
Here are some ways to help you manage your account after you reconfirm it.
  1. Create an archive - Set up a folder on your PC’s hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then just delete them from your inbox. You’ll still have them and your inbox will be that much smaller.
  2. Make your filters work for you- Did you know you can set up your Hotmail account to immediately delete junk e-mail? Go to Options, and click Filters and reporting. Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

HACKED HOTMAIL ACCOUNT — regained access and hopefully kicked out hacker from further access — STUCK IN ARABIC LANGUAGE, CANNOT FIND ENGLISH OPTION

18. December 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: account info, Arabic, Arabic language, English, Hotmail Account, jerk, language, Microsoft security essentials, news
Hello there, need your help in resolving my problem with my hacked hotmail account. It took me the whole day working on notebook to finally regain access to my email account and edit account info in order to finally kick out jerk hacker contact info. I hope my account is finally safe from the jerk hacker by doing so. Can anyone help me with the following please:

1. I am now stuck with my hotmail in Arabic. I cannot find a way to revert it back to US English language. I am guessing jerk hacker may be from or located in Egypt, seeing as the MSN news detail is about Cairo, and other Egyptian news headlines.

2. My Windows phone won't sync the hotmail feature. I suspect this may be due to hacking issue since the problem only presented itself today, same time as hacking occurence.

3. Have I rid myself of the hacker/his access to my email for good by a) resetting my password b) deleting hacker's contact email and phone from contact info portion of my email c) installing and running Microsoft Security Essentials Quick Scan(all systems clear)

HELP! Thank you in advance!
