In Outlook 2010 for the PC there is a missing scroll bar on the contact details form when the screen is too small to show the entire form. This can be seen by opening a contact and restoring the form down to a small size. See this thread.

For the Mac, could someone post a screenshot whether the scroll bar exists or not please?

Hi

I am trying to input contact details for people with several work addresses, all of which need to be there in order to utilise the calendar functionality properly.

The options you have for addresses to add are 'work' and 'home'. I need work 1, work 2 etc but I am unable to work out how to add more than one address. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

My new Nokia windows phone will not send contact details  and my 12 month old windows 7 laptop will not export one category of my Windows Live Mail contacts so I can print address labels.

Windows XP and Nokia Symbian did so much more easily and I have been conned into thinking newer was better.

What Microsoft playing at?

I use Windows Live Mail 2011 running on IE 10 and Windows 7.

When I set up a message rule to forward incoming emails to another account (at another service provider), Live Mail replaces the original senders' email with my email.  Then I can't tell who the email was from.  Why?  Can this be corrected?

Thanks

I have a number of old Windows Messenger contacts which have old phone numbers and address details. Following removal of Messenger functionality from Windows and from Hotmail, I cannot find any way to tidy this up - now have my combined people details showing all the old stuff as well as the new stuff.

Please please please give us a way to edit this. Even if it is just to remove the contact details (and leave the Microsoft account) from this from outlook.com People tab!

Been mentioned previously but the thread was closed even though NO SOLUTION seems to have been made available to anyone.

I have a windows live email account I am expecting two emails from unknown senders but have not received them they are not in my junk and I cannot ask them to resend due to not knowing their contact details. I have checked my filter content and it is on standard so I am still receiving emails in my junk although not many at all! I really need these emails as they are job opportunities and not receiving both when the sender has told me they have sent them shows there is an issue!
I have recently started getting an unauthorised contact on my Skype messenger account, I am using my windows live account details, this contact is posting shopping websites and other websites which could be harmful if opened, the contact details are:- 1:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I have spoken to a Skype advisor who has checked to see if these details are in their database and told me that they are not, so he told me to get in touch with Microsoft, which I did, via live chat, and a fat lot of good that was, the guy didn't seem interested in letting me give him the contact details so that he could check them out and find a way to stop the contact from bugging me... HELP!!!!!!!
