Microsoft sent me a receipt to an address other than the one I had registered with my order. They sent it to my address with the @ replaced by a % then an @passport.com extension. Did they just create that account? How do I access it? I have tried
several ways to do it but without success.
Hotmail was not accepting my passport so I wasn't able to send or receive e. mail for 4 or 5 days. I changed my password and you verified my account info and I got my hotmail working again. However, the same problem continues not to work. It says it
can't verify my account but it doesn't give me the opportunity or form to answer the verification .
