I am trying to set up my accounts in Outlook for Mac but there is no Accounts tab under the tools tab. Any suggestions?

I was using MS Office for MAC2011. No problems, but upgraded to Lion OS.  Now Outlook continually crashes with different error codes.  Tried to uninstall MS Office and reload.  Still same problem.

Any ideas?
I use Outlook Mac 2011 v 14.2.3 and OWA with a hosted exchange to push my email info to 4 devices (iMac, laptop, iPad, iPhone). All worked perfectly until a couple of months ago, when I had a big freeze due to being too close to my storage capacity. I got it functioning but I have 1 residual issue. When I delete an email message on my iMac by clicking the delete button, it does not sync. The email remains on OWA & my 3 other devices.  Clicking delete works fine on my laptop, i phone & ipad; and the sync works if I drag the email to the trash on my imac. But clicking the Delete button on my iMac only deletes the email on my imac (not the owa server, not my other devices). I've done all the suggested things (deleting preferences, rebuilding the identity, etc) except for a total un-install and re-install of office. Any ideas? Thanks!
Original Title: Time Stamp Issue
I have Office for Mac 2011 and using MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion OSX.  Problem is....All the emails that have arrived while my Mac has been sleeping are stamped at the same time - the time that it is when I wake my computer (i.e. in Date Received).  I am also finding that the alert sounds are suddenly 'hit and miss'.  I don't know if this is a related problem.
thanks very much

Hello all,

I recently switched to Mac and purchased office mac 2011. My main issue is about fonts in outlook, which after googling I found that it is a common issue.

I was using outlook for windows, and now I am using outlook for mac however, fonts are really small, for example, when I set a text to be Arial 10 in my email, the recipient receives it as Arial 7 or 8 which is really small.

Kindly advice. Thank you in advance

Hi, I am trying to get the inbox view so that I can have each email taking only one line, and have the reading pane on the right. The issue is, if you put the reading pane on the right, the inbox view is fixed and defaults to two lines. First line is sender and date/time and the second line is subject.

This is easily achieved in Office 2010, and I hate not being able to achieve the same look. Its a massive waste of screen real estate,

Any ideas?

Thanks

Doug
I called technical support and they refused to help because it was only a trial version. I need the trial to use outlook for a temp job. Please help!
six months after setting up Office for Mac I started having problems with outlook. First I received again all emails for a 6 month period, this has happened three times, then I had a break down in accessing emails and sending emails with fatal error message, asking to close down outlook, and now I have lost all my data somewhere in the system, I went to ask for help at the apple shop in Brussels and was told it was Microsoft that i should contact...
Up until yesterday, outlook was connecting to my hosted exchange server. It tells me at the status bar on the bottom right it is not connected even though I am connected to the internet. I have checked the hosted exchange server is working on both my Iphone and iPad. I rely on this email quite heavily so please can you resolve this issue as the product is unusable at the moment.

Thanks
