I have MS Office for Mac 2011 (University) installed on my iMac with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) all seems to work ok except that I am unable to sync my iPhone and iPad calendar with Outlook. I seem to be missing a step which is not evident? Please could you help?

I am wondering about MS Exchange = Im not sure that this is, I dont understand DAV and what that is; do I need to set up a Hotmail account? It is not evident why I am unable to sync over WiFi?

Recently when I open Outlook, the box that reads "Setting up identity" indicates a name other than mine  

When I click on "About Outlook" a different name, other than mine, is listed in the box under "This product is licensed to"

When I print an email message, the name of the same person (not mine) appears in the header

I am puzzled and don't know who this persons name got on all those.  The mystery person has never been to my house or touched my computer. 

Is there a way I can delete the mysterious name and add mine?

I recently bought outlook for mac and spent a lot of time organising my contacts and categorising them.  I planed to use an email marketing campaign manager to send html emails but need to upload my contact.  In outlook for mac I exported the file as a tab delimited txt but when I opened it in excel all of the cells in the categories column are populated with "gb".  I've exported it several times but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.  Please help as I've spent so much time organising my contacts in outlook and can't bear the thought of redoing it or manually entering the contacts in the excel sheet.
I am using Outlook Mac 2011 on a MacBookPro with Snow Leopard.  When my mail comes in it automatically gets put into my "on my mac" inbox and not the inbox tied to my exchange server.  Therefore, it won't sync properly with my Iphone.   How can I change this so that my email comes into my Exchange inbox and not my "on my computer" inbox
I purchased Microsoft Office online as a download.  I had no idea that Outlook was not included.  I do not want to purchase Outlook now that the trial period is over.  How do I get rid of the prompt to purchase it that pops up EVERY TIME I start up my Mac?  There is no option to not purchase it.  What a pain in the tush this is.  Please note, I do not have a PID number!  Please help if you can as I would appreciate it very much!
How can I synchronize my hotmail folders with Outlook 2011? I want to have the same folders that I see in the browser.
I tried to send a mail with an attachment that exceeded size limits.  The problem is that the message is not visible in my outbox thus I cannot delete it.  Now, every time I do a send/receive outlook attempts to resend the large file and I continuously get the error message indicating that the message could not be sent.....  How can I delete the mail with the attachment if I cannot see it in my outbox?
I cannot open Outlook. Might be related to a power failure while it was open in the background as it was working prior but when I came back to the machine and found it was shutdown I restarted the system. After re-start the Outlook issue has come up. I see from other threads that the solutions mentioned don't apply with Exchange Server use so not sure what to do. I'm using Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 
Recently bought a new Retina Mac book and moved (installed) the Office Mac 2011 to the new Mac book. "Encourtage" application was missing and replaced by "Outook", and was asked to purchase Outlook. Have tried to use the Product Key provided but no luck. How can I reinstall the Encourtage without paying extra? Thanks!  Ronnie
