I see in my inbox from my Gmail account only emails not older than 2 weeks. I would like all my messages in the inbox to see even older. Where can I change this? I use IMAP. I clean my inbox regularly, the amount was never more than a full screen.

When I open an attachment in an email, the file seems to get stored in a generic folder showing all the documents that I have opened from previous emails. When I try and click on the single file in this generic folder, it opens every single file in the
folder.
Is there a way where I can just open the file in the email without it going directly into the generic folder?

Hi - I have 3 Macs and only my new 15" retina has this issue - when I cut and paste a screenshot into the body of an email, the psted item is maybe 3 times the size of the item I copied? Anyone know how or why and how I can fix?
Doesn't happen in Mac Mail or on my iMacs....
DOES happen regardless of if I shift, ctrl, cmd 4 and then paste or copy onto my desktop and insert manually.......

I am using Mac Outlook 2011 with Exchange Server. When I make a change to an individual's contact information, it does not update the distribution list information. Should I clear the cache? I hadn't realized this wasn't an automatic update. Any suggestions
are greatly appreciated.

I am using Office 2011 for Mac and whenever I paste a URL into a message all of the text I type afterwards is underlined. I have to go back and undo the underlining of the rest of the message. Does anyone know of a fix or workaround?

I just installed Outlook 2011 for Mac, and I got one of my two emails set up. However, I can't seem to figure out why Hotmail isn't receiving anything. It can send emails, it just can't receive any. Here's the info.

How do you get Contact Group (Distribution List) names to appear in the list of Contacts? When I select "Contacts" (in the lower left corner), my Contacts are listed/displayed alphabetically by last names, the Contact Groups appear in their proper place
but have blank names. From what I can see there is no way to enter a "last name" and there is no column option to display "Contact Group"??

i just have installed my emailaccount from my firm to store all older emails - we have a policy on the server that email will be deleted after 5 years.
Is it possible, when i download everything to my mac via exchange, that i can say somewhere in the options that the programm isn´t allowed to delete emails from the macbook?
