When importing emails, calendar and contacts via a .pst file, everything goes well. However, there are issues. The mail, events and contacts import, but they create a second entry in the navigation pane that cannot be merged with the default mail, calender, contacts entry. Do you know how to solve this?

Many thanks, Bart
Just purchased the new macbook and installed office mac 2011. Everything works fine except the Outlook. When I click on it it asks me to enter my product key code however, when I do it tells me the key code is invalid. I have triple checked and am entering the right code. What do I need to do to get my Outlook to work?
Outlook Mac 2011 can't retrieve email from Yahoo account.
I accidentally renamed the Outlook Drafts folder (I have no idea how it happened--it's now called "Shortcut to cchnet" and now (1) I can't change it back and (2) it produces sync errors w/ Exchange I guess because the Drafts folder is "missing."

Anyone know anything to help?
I have a MacBook Pro laptop and I have Outlook For Mac installed and I am trying to send emails but it keeps giving me an error message "access denied", what does this mean and how can I get my email to work? Thank you for your help in this matter.

How to I set up Outlook 2011 for Mac properly?  Right now I cannot send out emails.  When sending out emails, I receive this error message: "Cannot send mail.

The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication methods supported by Outlook.  Try Changing the SMTP authentication options in Account settings

or contact your network administrator.

Account name: 'Comcast Mail'

Error code: -17092"

How do i configure that a sent e-mail will be stored in the same directory where it was sent from?
I tried (& failed) to send a message with many attachments. I deleted the message, but the outbox still show 1 message (no message showing). I receive message "An unknown error occurred" every time send/receive occurs. How do I get rid of? I have called Geek Squad and Comcast and they could not solve. I use G-mail, not comcast e-address.
A few days ago I wanted to copy a Word document with pictures from my PC to my MacBook.  So I sent an email with a large attachment from my PC Outlook 2010/Hotmail email, which I then later on opened in Outlook/Hotmail on my Mac.  My MacBook Pro Retina running OS X 10.7.5  with Outlook 2011 for Mac. Since then this 28MB mail has been sending itself every 20 minutes or so on the Mac only.  The repeated mail doesn't show up on my PC and it doesn't show in the Mac Sent box.  I.e. the only place I can see that mail again and again is in my Mac inbox.  This is obviously driving me crazy so any ideas would be most welcome
