Many thanks, Bart
I am using Outlook 2011 on a Mac. I have set up a rule to move my exchange Inbox to my desktop, but it is not enough to keep my exchange account from becoming full. I want to move all of the folder information to my desktop to archive and save for future
reference.
Just purchased the new macbook and installed office mac 2011. Everything works fine except the Outlook. When I click on it it asks me to enter my product key code however, when I do it tells me the key code is invalid. I have triple checked and am entering
the right code. What do I need to do to get my Outlook to work?
Outlook Mac 2011 can't retrieve email from Yahoo account.
I accidentally renamed the Outlook Drafts folder (I have no idea how it happened--it's now called "Shortcut to cchnet" and now (1) I can't change it back and (2) it produces sync errors w/ Exchange I guess because the Drafts folder is "missing."
Anyone know anything to help?

How do i configure that a sent e-mail will be stored in the same directory where it was sent from?
A few days ago I wanted to copy a Word document with pictures from my PC to my MacBook. So I sent an email with a large attachment from my PC Outlook 2010/Hotmail email, which I then later on opened in Outlook/Hotmail on my Mac. My MacBook Pro Retina
running OS X 10.7.5 with Outlook 2011 for Mac. Since then this 28MB mail has been sending itself every 20 minutes or so on the Mac only. The repeated mail doesn't show up on my PC and it doesn't show in the Mac Sent box. I.e. the only place I can see that
mail again and again is in my Mac inbox. This is obviously driving me crazy so any ideas would be most welcome
