I'm new to Windows 7 but that is what is on my new PC. When ever I open my e-mail it is always minimized; this is using Windows Mail hotmail. My old PC used to do that after repairs sometimes but would always go back to large screen after a few times of
maximizing it. Really getting old. Any ideas?
I am now unable to access my 10 year old Hotmail account. Last Friday I bought a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. I thought I used my correct email when setting up my computer, but now it has a new weird email address that appears on my sign in screen
of my laptop. My new weird email automatically switched to Outlook and now I am no longer able to log into my old Hotmail address - it says it does not exist! I can't help but think that my old (now missing!) Hotmail account is gone because of this Windows
8/Outlook setup. #1 - I want my old Hotmail address back and active which includes TONS of saved emails. #2 - I want this new/weird email disasociated from my new laptop and old email address. I have been looking into this for the last 48 hours and found
no help online PLUS no tech support phone number. This whole mess is very frustrating, bad for business (I have emails going to that "missing" account that I need) and disappointing. Someone please help restore my old account. I have used it for 10 + years.
meu email entrou na caixa de entrada do skydrive.quero sair e voltar para hotmail comum.

I received an email from "Microsoft" that automatically went into my Junk folder stating "This email is from Windows Live Customer Care
. We are sending it to all account owners for account upgrade. We are experiencing network congestion due to anonymous registration of email accounts. To prevent this, we are shutting down unconfirmed accounts and your account is scheduled to be deactivated. " Then it asks for my email info and password.
Is this a scam?
I use this account for business so I CAN NOT have it deactivated.
