HI all bit of a strange questions I know.  Short version I had received an email from saying some things about a family member. I responded but nothing back yet. I looked at the source page for Ip address copied that in and came up in redwood USA as the account was an outlook one.  Can you find the location of the person or just best to block that email?
I have 2 children and for some puzzling reason, one of my child accounts is not showing in the list of family members in the FamilySafety dashboard. Both accounts were created by me on the same day following the same steps. I recall being prompted for each account that this account needs parental permission before continuing. I went through the steps and afterwards was able to log in to each account.

These accounts are used by them with their XBox live accounts. Is there some way to re-associate the missing account as a family member or did something happen that this account is no longer considered a family member? Neither child is over 18.

Suggestions on where I can look to correct the issue? I would like to not recreate the account as I probably won't get the same email address again.

Thank you
I removed family safety earlier(remove all family member, including admin), then I sign up the family safety again on a PC. Now I can not loggin in and change my setting. It show something like "The page you requested does not exist or has been moved temporarily closed.", where can I ask for help? Thankyou
I have a pc at my home in Connecticut with a hotmail account that is saved in my favorites. I am currently on my sons pc and checking my email messages on his pc in north carolina.  Can someone in connecticut be pulling up my messages in connecticut even tho i have changed my password while in north carolina. I believe a family member in connecticut is on my pc and reading my mail. Is it possible that the I left my email account page open on my pc in connecticut and they can continue reading if it is not shut down on my home pc in connecticut? If so, How can I eliminate there access while i am away? I have just changed my password but i am afraid they have left my email page continuously open and can continue to view. Is that possible?
I have been trying to access my hotmail accounts from my mail pro app on my ipod touch 3rd generation.  It stopped working about 2 days ago in the evening (EST) on January 17th.

My ipod touch 3rd gen under settings and about and under version says 4.3.3. (8J2)

However, another family member has an iphone 4S (not sure of version) and they can't access their hotmail account with the mail pro app either.

Can access hotmail on a laptop though.

Just loved the mail pro app (until it stopped working) because it synced fast and was very easy to check and re-check email accounts on ipod touch.

Tried emailing mail pro, however, just got a generic response saying they will look at my suggestions for their next improvement.

Doesn't seem to be any way to contact mail pro for troubleshooting.

I am not the only one with this problem.  There seems to be a couple of complaints on the Fix Ya website on the exact same timeline as mine (yesterday and the day before).

When I click on an email account it looks like it is going to access an account that I clicked on but then it just flashes "no response from hotmail ...... retrying.  But then it just keep flashing that for a long time.  I have tried keeping it on that screen for minutes.  But it never connects.  The only way to get out of that screen is to hard-boot my ipod touch.

I use my ipod touch on WI-FI, however, the family member above with the Iphone 4S has tried using the mail pro app on WI-FI and on 3G with the same results I am getting.

A family member has notified me that I have emaily being sent with my name but not my account carrying a trojan virus; however, he is the only one receiving this - can someone please help?
