Windows Live Mail FAQ
Hello Community,
I have Live Essentials 2011 installed, and I use the Window Live Mail application to read my mail in my live.com account. I receive toasts when new mail arrives, but when I click on them, the application no longer opens the mail. Instead, nothing happens. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a workaround?

I have Windows Live Mail 2011 as a Program along w/ Windows Vista Home Premium on my laptop.
The Windows Home Live website where i can also send & receive emails has now changed to Outlook instead of the Hotmail setup it used to use.
So now how do i update my Email Program that was Windows Live to Outlook as well so i can use it as a Program on my laptop?
I use my Blackberry which also gets email and internet but i like to tether it to my laptop to use Browser and do emails in larger form on my laptop.

I went searching for answers because Windows Live mail deletes 2 messages at a time and also opens 2 reply boxes at a time. It's not the mouse because it's brand new as well as the batteries being new. And it only does it in Live mail.
The Samsung tech had me do a repair and now it prompts UAC every time I open Live mail. Help!
I have all my Windows Live Storage files, however; when I transferred them to my New Computer, they all came over inside two folders I will show you what I mean:
STORAGE FILES
Drafts shoud be out
Send items shoud be out
Deleted items shoud be out
Chem Bank shoud be out
CheapOair shoud be out
Imported Folder
Addr Book this is my storage files.
Adobe this is my storage files.
Aetna this is my storage files, and there are many more following Aetna
All my folders are under "Imported Folder" If I delete the "Chem Bank" folder, I lose all my Storage Folders.
THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS SHOULD NOT BE UNDER STORAGE FILES A THEY NOW APPEAR. The are redunded files but I don't know how to delete them without Deleting everything below
ALL STORAGE FILES SHOUL BE UNDER THE "STORAGE FILES TITLE"
Starting with "Addr Book"
Help anyone?
Cannot find a way to reduce the Windows Live font size. It changed on its own from 10 point to 14 - 16 point about a week ago. One diagnostic check said "windows live file corrupted". Virus checks come up okay. System health listed as good. Anyone have any ideas?
