I added an account on Windows Live Mail then went and deleted the old account. I thought I understood the prompt however obviously got it wrong. I have lost everything. Can you help me recover these emails/folders?

Simply want to Clean Up "Contacts" from my e-mail Contact List in Windows Live Mail. How ??

My Outlook for Mac seems to delete older e-mail, how do I avoid that, I have checked the account settings and can't find any "time delete" setting of any sort.
I have checked my Office Outlook Web Access and they are not at the server to. (missing there also)
I am using a hosted exchange 2007, other users of the same server running Windows Outlook don't have this problem.
