Can’t duplicate file/Can’t forward

I have: [Dell Inspiron 560 desktop; MS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit; Windows Live Mail 2012; MS Word Pro 2003; Mozilla Firefox 22.0; Adobe FP 11,8,800,94; Adobe Reader 11.......]

1. I’m in “Drafts”, want to duplicate one file. Instead of coming out next to the original AS the original, it shows 2 (not one) empty lines as sub-folders, each with an envelope at its left. I delete one of these empty lines, I don’t need 3....it deletes BOTH!!! I want it to show the name just as the original as if they were 2 identical files, how to fix this?

2. When I open that empty line it does show the contents, but, I want to “Forward” it and it shows a blank screen with a blue band across the top. I want to delete it by clicking the red X but it resists it, when I repeat the clicking it RESTARTS! And how to fix this other glitch please?

I tried both actions several times and it does the same.

I had suffered the multiple glitches with WLMail2011 and now this, with the upgrade....All MS does is get you on a merry-go-round no matter what you do...  :o(

1.  For a month now, on trying to open or delete a message in the Junk Folder, I get: “A problem occurred while trying to open this message. Try again”...but trying again doesn’t change that. I try to move the msg to another folder to open...BUT it says: “Message cannot be found” and deletes it!!!   


There are SO MANY MORE glitches in this unblessed email client that I want to kill it, or myself!  But right now, please let me know how to open these files, and also the following:

2.  I deleted or lost the folders I created and their files inside.  I seem to see them but can't retrieve them. Need a hand to bring them back to me

Win7 WLMail2011 not sending messages, all stuck in Outbox, please help?

Hello, since 2 days my messages to be sent out are caught in the Outbox and nothing I do helps.  I tried checking my server at >Accounts > Properties >Servers and it all seems correct just as it was when it worked normally.
 
Any ideas to push them out of the Outbox please?  Thanks ever so much!         

I cannot open an email attachment (of a .docx file) with Adobe Reader

I received an email in Windows Live Mail with an email attachment. Although it says it's a .docx file, Adobe Reader gave an error message. Adobe Reader could not open the file because either it's not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, if it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't properly decoded). I've tried checking the default programs to see if .docx was set up to be decoded by Microsoft Office Client Virtualization Handler. It is. How do I set this email attachment to open?

Laptop issues

I have a dell notebook never had problems until I downloaded AVG and adobe reader now I can't Acess anything at all!   It turns on I can log on   All of the shortcuts are still there but I am unable to open them. It's the same with the start up icon I can get to the list of items that are there but it won't open which means I can't go into the reset program to reset to a early time. It acts like it wants to open but that circle just keeps going around and around. Help I don't know what to do at this point.

PDF files email attachments converting to word

The PDF files I receive in Windows Live email are trying to convert to a word file, how do I change this back to open in Adobe reader?
