The whole look of my hotmail account has changed and now I don't have a way to access my contact groups list. All I find is the contact list without any groups. Where did it go? I have more than 50 people in my groups and more to add. I like the old

I cannot sign into Messenger as it keeps telling to update to windows live essential. When i go to update I ger error Code 0x80040609 and it stops at 65%. this is the way that i access my e-mails and I cannot a the moment. any suggestions???
I recently received notice that my MSN account had been sending out spam mail and that account and all associated accounts were blocked. This made it impossible to retrieve change my password as both accounts were blocked. I desperately need to find a way to get back into this account as my life, all my bills and tax information is associated with this inaccessible account. All efforts to talk to a live person have failed. Please help!

I am new to outlook for mac 2011 and i have a question to any other users out there. In my old outlook when i scroll down through my folders on the left hand side, my inbox folder, drafts, sent items and deleted items never moved. Now with the Outlook
2011 every time i scroll through all my folders the inbox scrolls too and i there is no quick way to get back and fourth from inbox to a folder at the bottom of my list. I have to scroll all the back up and then all the way back down. Does anyone know how
i can freeze those folders to not move when i scroll through my personal folders?
I see that I can download pictures for each email, but want to have them downloaded by default.
On Outlook for Windows, you can save a contact, and start another contact with the same company. That way Outlook will link them. Can we do that in this version of Outlook for Mac2011
The new Contacts format doesn't have anywhere I can click to return to my main Hotmail page. Is there any way I can do it?
