I cannot send emails to a group of contacts it says the mail boxes are full

I am unable to send emails to groups of contacts.  I keep receiving this error code:

MailStatus: 115
To re-try press F9...
Error Code: 0x80004005

It says that my mail boxes are full.
Please help. This is extremely frustrating and is costing my business.
These are mail recipients who have requested that I send them emails (my customers) and I am unable to contact them.

Hotmail emails gone, please help

I just logged on the my Hot mail account and All my emails before 12/9/2013 are gone, how do i get them back ?
Its only in my active mail boxes, like the inbox, and junk-mail, where they are missing.
I have other mail folders dating  back to 2007, so i don't know why these emails have disappeared to.

I was transferring my emails from Apple mail to Ms outlook 2011 usiing imap account. 
Using that I came to a conclusion that its very hectic transferring all those thousands of mails including the mail boxes.
Also the folder hierarchy is dsturbed. 

I need a solution that can easily migrate all my mails fron apple mail to outlook 2011 saving the folder hierarchy.

Transferring Mail Info

How do I transfer all of my mail boxes, contacts etc out of entrouge on my old Imac G5 to my new iMac running Lion, when I ran the migration assistant it said that entrouge was not supported. I have office 2011 installed on the new mac.  My thought was to run Outlook. Is there a simple way to move all the info.
