The message is "Microsoft is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later". Do I have a bug in this computer? I have always used Microsoft Security Essentials as my virus protection but this has slipped in on this computer. How can I fix it?
Yesterday I was asked when I signed in to sign into another way to provide extra protection.  I can't remember what it was called.  Since then my viewing screen has completely changed, it now does not let me send emails attach documents or look at my contacts.  Today I pressed a button and now it looks like im in outlook instead of hotmail.
Hi All, have recieved an e-mail to my hotmail account, it says "we have detectedc a trojan virus in your folders, click here to upgrade your protection" is this a kosher e-mail, it came fro the "windows live team" e-mail address was a msn adress.

Cheers Paul.
I understand that to check or change the Virus Protection Features in Windows Live Mail I need to click MENUS and then click SAFETY OPTIONS etc. My question is WHERE does the the MENU BUTTON appear on the screen ?
I have good anti-virus protection and receive very little junk mail in my Hotmail. However, every day or so I get an e-mail in my Junk box from a source I know is ****. I always mark it as Phishing Scam and then Delete it, but it ends up in my Junk folder anyway. Is there anyway I can block this sender so I don't received any further e-mails from it? If so, please provide step-by-step instructions. Thanks
