Off and on, for past 3 days, when accessing hotmail, it comes up blue letters, and virtually inaccessable.  One computer runs XP, other runs Windows 7.  The XP is seldom used and pulled it out to ensure husband had not (again) done something wonderful.  Hotmail runs fine on Ipad.  Also had same experience, today, at MSN.  But only once.  Help
what is the problem with Mircrosoft every thing has gone crazy
Original Title: Trial Version Outlook 2011 Problems
I've used Outlook for Small Business 2007 on my PC for several years and before that used Office with Outlook for many years before that.  Now I have an iMac.  I downloaded and purchased Office.  And I downloaded the trial version of Outlook 2011 (because it did not come with the Office purchase).  Some of my emails arrive and some do not.  That's the first problem.  Secondly, when the emails come in, they do not stay in my Inbox, but disappear a short time afterward and are in no other folder??  How can I keep this from occurring?  Thirdly, there are two folders under my Inbox.  One is my ISP and the other is On My Computer.  Why is this and how can I get just the Inbox to show?

When is Hotmail going to fix the settings to my email account?

I noticed the problem last Thursday, when they changed the settings on me. It took me awhile to open an email. It went back to "normal" later on.

Now, I opened an email. I hit the "Reply" button. It won't let me send a Reply, nor does it tell me where to type in a Reply. Also, it was taking forever to load.

Is there a chance that you could return my email settings back to the way it was (as of last Wednesday, September 5). It was working fine early in the week, till you guys decided to come in and make a mess of things. Whatever happened to the simple idea of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" ????????????????????

BTW, please do not tell me that it's my computer. Many people I know of are having problems with their Hotmail accounts (thanks in part to someone at Hotmail who made a royal mess of things)

i've a big problem with my windows live messenger , i can't open it :S , when i sign in with my ID it takes long time to open and it doesn't open .. and my brother when he signs with his ID it opens immediately,,,,,, So what's the problem with my messenger ?!
OK, I am getting really ticked off at Windows Live anything. Windows Live Mail now reports error code 0x8E5E0408 and says the Calendar contains corrupt data. Fine. But I cannot find the calendar folder, only calendars and I  cannot I delete the folder, rename the folder, or do anything with the files inside it.

Windows Live Mail has been giving me headaches for weeks now. It lost its ability to sort mail into the Unread Mail folder then that "fixed" itself, then it arbitrarily decides email as spam that was not spam a few days ago. And, finally, this morning after working fine at first, now refuses to start.

How about an answer to all this? My previous question was NEVER ANSWERED. Or, at least, I was never notified that it was.
After update on Mountain Lion there is a problem with displaying attendees' response icons (Accepted, Declined, Tentative) in the list of attendees. Half of an icon is overlapped with calendar view. Calendar view horizontal scrolling sometimes breaks vertical lines.

See here what I mean:

Why does hotmail open some mail and then says there seems to be a problem.then I have to refresh page to continue?
for several days now, both on my laptop at home and on other peoples machines, elsewhere in the area, i have found it almost impossible to use hotmail. It seems that every time i try to carry out a task, whether it is opening an email or sending one, i lose connection with hotmail-- including losing the email i have just typed. sometimes i get a very small window of opportunity and i think "maybe its fixed now" and as soon as  i do that the connectivity goes again.
I have carried out all the suggestions i have seen in the forum for clearing and cleaning the machine and its history, i have signed in using various browsersand nothing has restored hotmail to its previously trouble free performance.
is this a local issue ? it cannot be merely my laptop as it has happened on other machines i have tried.or is it possible that my account is corrupted in some way ?

i would rather keep the account that i have for a range of reasons but is this loss of connectivity going ot be a constant problem from now on?
i have just remembered something which may be relevant. i have btinternet plus security and a recent mcaffee update made it impossible for me to get onto the internet. so the internet plus security had to be uninstalled ( i still have the Mcaffee though) . this problem with hotmail seems to have started round about that time. might there be a link do  you think?
