I received an email allegedly from Hotmail.Team statng my account info is incorrect. The email address came from *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***/microsoft windows live team sent me email stating my account will be suspended permenently in 24hrs. Is it a genuine notice from Hotmail service? What should I do to prevent the suspension of my Hotmail Account. Thanks!

I suspect this sender is a phisher/scammer. It is offering me job opportunities and I did not go to it to ask for information. It also responded to one of my Craig's List ads with wrong data as to the content of my ad. I was selling musical equipment & it wanted to buy my furniture- this is where it got my email address.

Thank you to anyone who is able to direct me on how to block this sender!

It is saying that my account will be closed down as there has been numerous unsuccessful attempts to sign in so i must update my details.

I'm sure it is phishing but as I'm a computer dinosaur I would rather be certain.

hi, i got an e-mail that my hotmail account is going to be deactivated in 24h due to several unsuccessful login attemps if i dont confirm there link. My hubby just got a NEW tablet and did try few times but he got there in the end. Isnt that good enough? Do I click on the confirmation link in the email. PLEASE HELP
