Office 2011 for the Mac – Outlook auto-sync problems with Calendar and Contacts across multiple machines and phone using Gmail

How can I constantly sync Outlook 2011 for Mac contacts and calendar between two Macs and my Motorola phone using Gmail?  I am one person and do not have Exchange Server.  My phone is my main device.  The MacBook and IMac are at different locations.  I need constant syncing everywhere.

I also find it interesting that Office 2011 is not a set category by Microsoft in the Version drop down box.  Jeez.

1.  Will the new Windows Phone by Lumia overcome this?
2.  I have an Outlook email account.  If I change exclusively to this, will it allow constant and immediate synchronization?  Or is the IMAP protocol always going to be the issue?
3.  Why isn't there an "Exchange Server" type of workaround for individuals via the cloud or locally stored??

When I try to reply to an email, it doesn’t put the person’s name in, and just "spins" in the contact box, WHY? 2 DAYS OF THIS IS AGGREVATING

You don't wish to hear from a certain person anymore, and want them to be blocked from sending you anymore emails?

email address is correct but the name of the person is mispelled. How do I correct this from my contact list?

  How do I edit the persons name from the contact list.  It was mispelled when I entered it.  I would like to correct it.

I run Windows Live Mail and would like to know how to access it remotely. When our computer was set up by someone else, we are not aware of any account or sign in info that was given.

We run Windows 7 on our Dell computer and use Microsoft Windows Live.  I would like to be able to access my Live email from a remote computer, but do not know how.  The computer and the Live was set up for us by another person and we are not aware of any sign-ons or passwords to allow us remote access.  Sorry not very computer literate.

How can I speak to a person re: my msn email account?

I'm trying to pay my annual renewal, but my debit card expired. I need to enter the new one. It sent me the link, but it keeps telling me to enter the code they just emailed me but I have no code? The email is correct as I update my information and asked it several more times for a new code, but I am not getting one. I want to resolve this but can't reply to the email and can't find out how to contact someone? Any suggestions?

windows messenger’s webcam do not show imagen

I'm using Windows Vista x 64

Recently I uninstalled Windows Live Essential 2011 because did not work a cause of Sidebybiside error.

I reinstall Windows Messanger 2009.

My webcam camera individually work fine when I press the  Microsoft Webcam icon on the desktop, I can see myself in the screen

When I tried to make a video call the connection go through, ( I can see the other person, but the other person cannot see mi ), the webcam does not show my image, appear full of black line and has no sound, similar to a TV with the cable disconnect (meaning no having signal ).

How can solve this problem ?

 

I can’t organize my contacts effectively since it changed to "People".

All I get is a place to put "name" and "company" when I add a new person.  There is no easy place to see to add an email address, let alone any other information.  I can easily add a new group but it's not clear how to effectively put new people in a newly created group.  Also, I used to be able to just have people in a group not cluttering my individual contact list and that doesn't appear to be the same.  I have a Mac if that makes a difference.  I HATE this "new improvement".

I've also checked out the string "What's New, What's Different" and it's not helpful.  It doesn't address my problem fully and I cannot understand WHY the create new person is so blasted limited.  What good does that do anyone?
