A few days ago (6), to clean up my inbox, I deleted many old emails in my inbox from several (commercial) sources.
I think I chose a wrong option because new emails from these same sources are now going to my junk folder.
How do I have new emails (from these sources) go to my inbox (as they did before) ??
This problem started a few days ago when my Hotmail screen kept changing to Outlook. I kept clicking the Option button to change it back to Hotmail. Now, it has changed permanently to Outlook from Hotmail. However, when I log onto my account, the Outlook
screen becomes blank after about 5 seconds. What is perplexing is that this happens only on this computer, and NOT when I log onto Outlook on my laptop. Also, when my son logged onto his Outlook account on this computer, it works okay. In other words,
this is happening ONLY with my Outlook account.
When logged into my hotmail account, there is no option for me to create folders. Not sure what I am needing to do to have the option to create folders. Thanks

Hi, is there any option to get notifications each time my e-mail or messenger are accessed?
How can I save my picture I took with the webcam to my hard drive? I have a picture I need to save but the option is not available.
I used to have an option "full view" but that has disappeared; instead the e-mail text is cut off by advertisements on the right. I would like to get rid of the adverts altogether and not have to move the e-mail text back and forth to read.
