Hi Team,

Since June 2012, my friend Bay is unable to access her Hotmail account, she tried retrieving her password on the using her alternate email addresses, however after getting the reset link when she tried to log in into her account, she found an error message that it looks like someone else might be using your account, and then after that she tried filling up the form several times but didn't get the success, 

The ticket number # 55658481 received from Microsoft after filling up the contact customer care form.

I request you to kindly get this done on PRIORITY as she has been going thru with the huge problems due to the same.

When I open my Mac 11 Outlook, when it starts downloading emails, stops and give me the message:Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred. Any unsaved work may be lost.

When I open my Mac 11 Outlook, when it starts downloading emails, stops and give me the message:Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred. Any unsaved work may be lost.

While downloading it, it say resolving potential conflicts.  It works ok offline, but when downloading emails.

I have recieved an email from "Microsoft" Saying I had to sign in with all my credentials- so I do not loose everything and only had 48 hrs to do so…..Is this real or a scam from someone ?

Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

instructions for the new "people" page in Hotmail

OK. So you have changed contacts in hotmail which now opens a page called People.  However, you did not make this page user friendly at all and finding help under "help" is useless to say the least.  I don't know how to delete, edit, how to get back to hotmail.  The help section tells me nothing!!!  Where can I find detailed instructions on how to use People.  My contacts are a very important part of having hotmail but without knowing how to use people, what good is it.  Need an answer soon or I may be changing my e-mail account.  FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED IN MICROSOFT!!!

 

 

 

It has been 6 months and I’m getting more and more disgusting **** and drug emails. I have NEVER subscribed to any of this. Why doesn’t Microsoft clean up Hotmail and stop spamming?

My account was hacked how to retrieve my 6, 500 messages since  15 years ago?
My account was hacked <removed by moderator>, I realized as I was in my Ipad marked "someone else is currently using your account" ... then I look on my computer there were twenty of rejected messages which had apparently been sent from my account, which I did not send ... my signature was erased and suddenly it crashed, I filled two or three issues microsoft but  they told me that they could not check with my answers: objects and contacts sent emails last three days, that I am the owner of this account and asks me to open a new account, my problem is 'how I can get my hotmail account ... or at least my messages and contacts
Otherwise I could not post a question in the forum because I can not sign into this account! Two others were blocked as well.

Mi cuenta fue hackeada <removed by moderator>, me di cuenta, yo estaba en mi Ipad que me avisó "alguien más está usando su cuenta" ... entonces me veo en mi computadora había una veintena de mensajes rechazados que habían sido aparentemente enviados desde mi cuenta, que yo no envié ... mi firma fue borrada y se cerró de repente, respondí dos o tres cuestionarios microsoft ... pero fue en vano ya que la los de soporte no pudieron comprobar que soy yo la propietaria de la cuenta a través de mis respuestas: los temas y los contactos a quienes les había enviado mensajes de correo electrónico tres días antes y me piden  abrir una nueva cuenta, mi problema es ¿Cómo puedo obtener mi cuenta de hotmail ... o por lo menos recuperar mis mensajes y contactos
Por otra parte no podía publicar una pregunta en el foro porque no puedo iniciar sesión en esta cuenta que no me da acceso! Otras dos de mis cuentas también fueron bloqueadas así que esta cuenta es nueva
