Hi wie schon geschrieben, nachdem eingeben der 2anmelde Zeilen und dem klicken auf den Anmelde Balken, geht das Hinweis Fenster, Download für Messenger verfügbar, auf und Blockiert die Anmeldung. Bin über die nicht für mich durchzuführende Download Aktion,auf die Web.s. Windows Essentials:Microsoft.......... gelandet. Habe dann SkyDrive Aktuell geladen, wollte mich danach über Messenger anmelden, NIX GARNIX. Wieder ging nur der Hinweis auf Download.............. Wer kann mir da einen Tip oder die Lösung verraten. DANK im vorhinein. otto

I have recieved emails from microsoft saying my acount will be permantley suspended unless i update my records. They sk for my email address and password which i think is a scam, Is this right?

I cant get my windows live email to work

I had to do a complete recovery back to factory days ago a few hours before surgery. i came home started setting eveything up. Went to Microsoft com set up account, since I had a new start and it said i could have a new account I signed up for a new live account and then put my old live account as my second account. I made sure they were both live since i have accounts linked to my old account. When I went to my account no mail - NONE. and no folders or contacts etc. HELP. I was in a very bad accident and am housebound. My only way out of here is thru this laptop. I have doctors that are in another state that see me via the pc. and to get all of the contacts and such back would be a nightmare among all the others I have. I do have a back up disc. I am not a computer wiz anymore and the accident caused a brainstem injury which hasn't help. So I need some help folks. Oh window 7 sp1 home premium edition with IE9.

Can’t connect with one contact on messenger

I am having problems with Microsoft messenger. I am logged in and can communicate with all of my contacts except one. She is also logged in and can communicate with all other contacts except me. Running Windows 7 on both computers and both on the same network

Why doesn’t Windows Live Mail 2011 display correct messages when I search between dates?

The search feature in WLM 2011 doesn't return the correct email messages when I enter the 'before' and 'after' dates. Please note, I entered the correct dates and mail box folder but the returned messages from the search do not match the dates. e.g. The result of a search between the dates: 18/10/2012 and 09/10/2012 would return messages between 25/10/2012 (current date) and 20/10/2012 which is entirely wrong.

I've tried running the Microsoft Fix It utility found here @ http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Troubleshoot-problems-with-Windows-Mail but it didn't find any error with Windows Live Mail search feature and Windows search in general.

I'd like to inform you that I'm running WLM 2011 on Windows 7 64 bit operating system. This Microsoft article here @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969165 looks like it relates to my problem as it could be caused by a 64 bit search filter issue. However, this article applies to version 3 of WLM which may be different to my one. My WLM shows up as version 2011 with a certain build code. The proposed resolution on this article requires some sort of reconfiguration of the registry which I'm reluctant to do at the moment as this article may not to apply to my case.

I'd welcome any suggestions about resolving this issue.

Hi every body I have Office 2011 using outlook 2011 with iCloud on a Macbook pro 15" with OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2 each time I try to open Outlook I got the following error message saying that Microsoft database daemon got an error and have to close:

can’t find pics in emails

No picture just a large box with either a small red x or small coloured balls in a small box(with come sort of description beside it) in upper corner

If I resend to myself some pictures appear at the beginning of email, but empty boxes still embedded in body of email

Have reviewed all suggestions in the forum and tried to implemement.

No Success!

I notice that practically every previous forum question is still not properly answered and not helpful

APPEARS TO BE A MICROSOFT HOTMAIL PROBLEM!!!!

How to manage Contacts and groups

I can no longer manage my contacts. There is no search function nor can I organize or find groups and categories. All of this changed when Microsoft revamped contacts recently. On my daughters computer (same - macbook pro) it allows management of contacts but can't manage on my computer. Why and how do I fix this?

Messages forwarded under the same Subject, with attachments, to different addressees are not opening. I get a message which reads, "Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report."Messages before and after this batch are opening normally.
I would be thankful for a solution.
