It does this sporadically. When it happens I can open a message but in order to view it I need to scroll to the very bottom of the page. Every section is left justified one below the other.

I try to sign in to my hotmail account with my usual password but a message says password not recognised also it say" your account seems to be used by some one else. when I try to reset my pass word a form come up to verify my identity at the end of the
form they ask for credit card information I understand that all MSN accounts are free-- can any one tell me how to sort this out please?I wonder if this is an SCAM? I would appreciate a response from the hot mail tream . thanks in advance. C

Why am I getting e-mail messages from friends in junk mail with a totally different address than theirs? When I look at the message, all that is there is a link to an advertisement. How do whoever is sending this message get my friends' names to use to
send me messages? Has my account been hacked or have my friends' accounts been hacked?

I have 3 hotmail accounts and wanted to create a fourth one. While logged in to my original account (the one I've had the longest) I selected the "create new account" option and wrote the name of the new account that I wanted to create. To my dismay, what I did
was rename my original account with the new account's name. (That option is very misleading and should be removed from there, by the way.) I tried to re rename my account with its original name but it gives me a "name not available" message. I am freaking
out because I need all four accounts, and, since that one is the original one, that's the one that gets the most daily emails. I also don't want my contacts to receive a name change message because it's just going to get very confusing when I recover the original name.
Please HELP!!!!

When an email address is included in a message to me it looks like a link. I should be able to click this link and automatically open a new email message (like all other email software). This does not work in Outlook 2011 Mac. Why? How can I fix it?

Hello,
I am having a hard time explaining this, but when I am trying to compose a message, I would type the first few letters of a person's name and outlook would autocomplete it. That's not happening anymore and I can't figure out why.
Any help is appreciated.
For example, I used to want to send an email to Joe Alstat and in the "To" field I would start typing "Joe" and it would autocomplete for me the rest of the name.

I have received a message which says that a password is not enough and asking personal information. They are also asking for an alternative e mail address which I do not have. This message opens up everytime I open hotmail. I have now been told that
my e mail account will be closed as I have exceeded the sending and receiving limit in the last 7 days. Is this for real?
