I have recently been locked out of the hotmail account I've had for over 10 years. I tried 3 times to recover it, giving a lot of info which should have confirmed my identity perfectly. i now have a new hotmail address, but obviously have a blank contacts list. Two questions:

Is it possible to somehow retrieve my old contacts list, so that I can inform them of my new email address?
Has my old email account been destroyed? If it has been hack I wouldn't want anyone else using it!!

This has been a nightmare which has nearly put me off hotmail for life!

for the life of me I cant email photos and when they go on as an album they dont open - perhaps I just dont know how to do it - thanks!
Whatever you have done to the Contacts list is absolutely abominable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't seem to form a new group to save my life, though I did manage to somehow wipe out all of the contacts I wanted to place in that group. Now, I can't un do that! There must be (and WAS) an easier way to manage this. I think it is just nuts to have to spend several hours on what should take five minutes.
I attend the University of Alaska Anchorage and cannot for the life of me get my email address to work on my Mac. I have office 2011, but can't get it to work in outlook.

Any ideas??
I can add people to an existing group, but I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to create a NEW group.

When I begin a new email in hotmail, my signature is always on the screen so that I don't have to keep adding it.

However, I would like to change it slightly, but I can't for the life of me find out how to do this!

In Outlook 2010 and prior, it was simple to have Outlook automatically add people that you send an email to or reply to an email to your contacts list.  In Outlook 2011 for Mac, I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this!  I need to set it up for a client so that whenever they send an email to someone or reply to an email from someone it automatically gets added to their contacts list.

Please advise - Thank you.
Please help me figure out how to teach Outlook for Mac to spell our company name right.  It always uncapitalizes the second letter "JBara" becomes "Jbara".
