I keep getting an email from "Windows" saying I need to verify my installation records. or they will suspend my account. Is this bogus?

I having problem with the Windows Essentials 2012. It stop half way with the error 0x800C0005.
After this. Movie make is not install, cannot find it anyway include program files folder. Windows Live messenger cannot run, error missing wldlog.dll
Then I try to install from the installer again. it show me the installation is completed. but non of the bundle application is working. Included Live Messenger, Sky Drive. Windows writer and etc. Basically the whole package of Windows Essential 2012 is not working.
I try to uninstall from the control panel. I could not find Windows Essentials 2012. So, I cannot uninstall it. Same to uninstall from command prompt.
Please guide me to uninstall it and reinstall again.
O/S version: Windows 7 Enterprise(32bit) - Service Pack 1

At my organization, one user has built a number of useful contact groups in Outlook 2011 that she would like to distribute to other people in her section. When she does an export for contacts, only individual contacts are exported - not contact groups.
How can she export her contact groups and share them with her coworkers?

I try to access my email & messenger account and appears thar I have to download the new version of it, I try to do it and i pops out this number of erros and stops the installation.

I have uninstalled anything that I thought may be the issue but I still have no luck installing Windows Live and getting past 45%. I also have tried to install separate components but still stops at 45%.
