I installed windows live messenger 2009 build 14.0.8117.416. It works ok but when i video chat i get no image of me. There is large red X where my image should be. My chat friend does get my image, and i get theirs. I am running windows xp up to date.
Chat cam works fine in yahoo.
Can somebody help without posting a link to Windows live help please ?

Just curious what this is supposed to do. I click <format> then <background image> a folder opens, I select a jpg image, but nothing happens. Is this a phantom feature that was never used or does the image need to be a specific size, type, etc?
