Why is it that I have my email connected to my cell phone, but when I delete them from me logging on to Hotmail.com, it comes to my cellphone as unread? why do i receive them after they have been deleted? Or if I open the email through my cellphone, when
I logon to hotmail.com for my desktop, its unread? How do I change that?

I have the same problems as others here in the forum with illegal entries in the safe senders list in hotmail, which I now cannot remove.

My apologies Michael. I am trying to speak to someone regarding important emails deleted from my hotmail inbox. I have tried the usual means of recovery but no luck. please could you direct me to someone who can look into this. I would appreciate any help

Why doesn't the "slideshow" feature work when viewing photos in an email? A window pops up and says I need to install Silverlight but I have already done that. I tried to install it again thinking maybe I did something wrong but it then says "Silverlight

just worked out the full reason why i cant reactivate my hotmail account, its simple its a great big con. Just been told by tech support they can unblock my account for£169, they say there is no other way as my computer must be infected. load of rubbish.
allready have good security and no other account for which the info might have been available by the hackers has been accessed. Microsoft apparently dont offer support for hotmail any longer, but have another firm handling it which charges you for it. My account
had been made safe well before they blocked it so there was no reason to block it. had tried reactivating email but the link they send you says temporary fault. has been for a few days, obvious to anyone its a big corporate scam. shame on microsoft for deploying
these tactics.
Deleting a group in Hotmail (not in messenger) , I go to edit the group and delete. Group is not removed.
Removing a name from a group, by clicking off in the categories, does not remove the name.
Recieved a letter in my junk mail that is supposely from Hotmail about my account. However, the email that goes with it
is neon-communations. Says I need to follow link and upgrade my account or lose my account. I think it is a scam, but
want to be sure???
