"lost contacts"

-- when i click on 'contacts' i'm now thrown to a page called 'People' that is entirely blank. When i try to click 'options' on the page...looking for ways to access my contacts...that doesn't work. There is no pull down menu, i.e. apparently no 'options'. When i try to browser back it either stays endlessly on this empty People page or throws me entirely out of hotmail.

WHY did hotmail change this? Contacts used to work fine, and now i can't figure out what the heck to do. Most importantly...how do i find my contacts? I want to edit them...

Does Hotmail send reminders to your cell phone? I used to get them when I'd set appts on my calendar. Is this feature still offered?

Password issue

I changed my password using my laptop. I can open my hotmail account using my new password, but I cannot open it using my iPad or iPhone. What do I do? It is blocking my iPad and iPhone.

i made 2 hotmail accounts but i seldom use the other one so i forgot the password. when i tried to reset my password, it says "your Microsoft account does not exist". what do i do?

I'm having Hotmail problems. Once I sign in I can't access anything. I've been having this problem for the past few days now and thought the problem was fixed but it's not. Now what???

For the past few days, the loading of my emails is taking forever which never happened before and then, I cannot open them…..HELP!

When I sign into my hotmail account, it takes a very long time for it to load up besides the graphics missing. When it does load, I have been unable to open my emails.

What should I do?????
