I am a 66 yr old guy and I cannot figure out why this was done or how to get my hotmail back

heck I cannot find my address book or find where to forward e-mail

thanks

Tim

-- when i click on 'contacts' i'm now thrown to a page called 'People' that is entirely blank. When i try to click 'options' on the page...looking for ways to access my contacts...that doesn't work. There is no pull down menu, i.e. apparently no 'options'. When i try to browser back it either stays endlessly on this empty People page or throws me entirely out of hotmail.

WHY did hotmail change this? Contacts used to work fine, and now i can't figure out what the heck to do. Most importantly...how do i find my contacts? I want to edit them...

.what the heck is going on...........So SLOW, cant open mail, cant delete, cant send mail, cant cant cant!!!!
It makes me crazy that I cannot see the actual email address from a sender - since people have multiple emails and sometimes change them - and the computer recalls OLD emails - how in the heck do i see what actual email address is on an email sent to me??? VERY frustrating.  Please help.
Where are my contacts?  This is a paided subscription and you can start giving me a credit for this not working anymore?

when i try to sign in to windows messenger i get the window that says to install a newer version  but when i do i get error that the new version can't be installed. what the heck? does anyone have an answer?

Convert Problem

I have been trying for 3 hours to convert my Apple emails, files, file structures and contacts into Outlook. What the heck is wrong with selecting IMPORT?? It's not working!

It used to be that clicking on “View slide show” opened a slide show in "Windows Live" Photo Viewer . Now when I click on “View slide show” it always only opens in "Windows Photo Viewer". What have I done? One of the few things that I really liked in WLM was the "Windows Live" Photo Viewer, it beat the heck out of "Windows Photo Viewer", but now I can't seem to find it. Have I done something, or has there been a change made by WLM that I am not aware of?
