How do I change the time on my e-mails computer clock is right e-mails time is 2 hr behind

The e-mails say I have won things, lots of them are in foreign languages, they say I have deliveries,a lot use my name and some are just lots of numbers and letters almost like someone is using some sort of code.I delete the whole folder daily(20 plus of these sometimes)I worry I might accidentally  open one of these ,I just want to get rid of them, any help would be appreciated!!!! I am not very good with computer skills so all this is frightening. Thank You!
It stopped working all of a sudden, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of times, and it just wont go
I then installed version 2011, and it works, however, due to various problems 2011 gives me, I'd much rather use the 2009 version.
And this error 8007000e keeps getting in the way. I'm not too computer savvy, so please give me step by step?

Thanks!

Original title: Outlook 2011 for Mac woes

I have been using Outlook 2007 on a PC.  I am not trying to use Outlook 2011 on a Mac.  I have all my mailboxes (current and some older ones I created when the mailbox got too big) in On My Computer and I have a single inbox.  So when I receive a message, I can move it to the folder I want in my current "mailbox".  But when I send a message, I don't have the option of saving to a folder that I select at the time I am composing the message.  Instead, it either saves to "Sent", where I have to move it later, or I can create a rule that will always save to a folder I name.  What I would like it to do is prompt for the folder name at the time I am composing the message.  Just like Outlook 2007.  Why would they remove this useful feature?

I am setting up a new computer with window live mail and cannot send out emails I get the following message every time:

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was (removed)

Subject 'Fw: hahaha!!'
Server Error: 530
Server Response: 530 authentication required - for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop-11.html
Server: 'plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
I have created a group using instructions from on-line.  (Start, User, Contacts, new group)  I am allowed to create the group and I click OK.  From within Windows Live Mail I can not find the group in my contacts list.  If I do a search of my computer it finds the lists so it is there.  It has an extension of .group.  How do I get this new group into my Windows Live Mail and sent email to it?

This is newly installed for the first time on my computer.  I have a MacBook Pro.  How do I fix it so that I can properly setup Outlook?
I received a telephone call from  a Sandy (supposedly from Microsoft) informing me that my computer was on the verge of becoming inoperable because of several viruses. They claimed they had been alerting me via computer about these viruses but to no avail. If I did not speak with them then they would just call again requesting the same informtion. I have been trying to call Microsoft to provide information given to me from this person but the process is not user friendly.
