What to do?
When I log into my outlook (which I've had for years since it was hotmail, they say they need to confirm that I can receive a security code by phone to verify my account. My home # is listed so I clicked SEND but never got the code, Tried again - same
result. Can you only get the code via text to a cell phone? I don't have a cell phone. I can still access my outlook account by ckicking "SKIP", but it appears my acct. will be locked in three days - UGH.
If the problem accessing Outlook or Hotmail happens to be usage of a mobile device, you perhaps might want to contact the server or the ISP provider. I am using a public computer that goes through the same network and the guy on the computer over there

I have never asked a security code for my email via cell phone ( message) and i want to ask, if i ask for a security code via cell phone, is it free? Or do i have to pay? If so where can i see the info.
However, I don't use a cell phone. Please provide a way around this.

To solve a jam on my cell phone yesterday I had to remove my Hotmail account from my cell phone and then immediately reinstall it. However, my saved "Drafts" are no longer there. I NEED these for a legal matter. How do I retrieve these drafts?
I'm having the same problem with my MSN.com account, trying to get it to work on my android cell phone, after the upgrade to outlook on my pc. All I get is URL's instead of text. At the bottom of the email it gives you the choice to see the full email,
then when I click on it, it convert to the regular text email. How do I stop the URL's in my email that are sent to my MSN.com account, from being sent and receiving the regular text email. And if I have to enter POP server and etc. Please give me the information
that I might enter it, on my cell phone, so that it will be synched with my MSN email account. And if there is a settings change that I have to do, please let me know what the change is. Thanks
I do not have skype nor do I have a cell phone. Hotmail looks like it is discontinuing to be of service. Should I look for another server of email? Anyone have another server suggestion ?? Thank you.
I have tried for the past few days and today for 4 hours to change billing information on one account. I have been directed to an old account I never paid for in the first place and can't seem to get out of that circle. You finally sent me 14 codes and
non of them worked! Two sent to my cell phone, finally one worked and was told did not apply to that account, although that is the only one that will come up. I am tired of dealing with it. Six hours to pay one bill is out of line. This is worse than
