Hi,
I recently began having an error when I would attempt to email more than 5 attachments, including embedded pictures, and I cannot locate any solution also when i reply all or trying to forward and email same thing happens, I would appreciate any assistance
that someone can provide.

I get the microsoft option when clicking on an attachment to either OPEN, SAVE, SAVE AS. When I chose OPEN, nothing happens. I have to save everything on desk top first. Cannot download music. I never had this problem before, was always able to do all of the above. I didn't make any changes to my computer or settings. This happens in Yahoo and my business e-mail. I have Windows 7 on an HP laptop.

I have started having difficulties with forwarding or even sending emails with attachments. I keep getting a message which says there is an ID issue. Any ideas?

when im sending an attachment from my PC to my Mac, the mac reads attachment as Winmail.dat, im sending from PC in in HTML format, is it my Mac that's converting to Winmail.dat or my PC?

I used to be able to forward an email and delete/edit any attachments, such as prior emails sender name subject, etc.
With the new OUTLOOK all emails are bundled by subject matter. When you FORWARD an email all prior emails are always attched and forwarded also.
When you forward and then delete/edit prior attachments it looks like it works but when you check to see what was sent ALL ATTACHMENTS ARE ALWAYS attached again and everything is sent.
PLEASE HELP OR CHANGE THIS TERRIBLE FLAW IN NEW 2012 HOTMAIL/OUTLOOK

Dears,
I first faced below problem with Windows Live Mail 2011, I did upgrade to 2012, the problem remained.
Then I also did backup all emails, fully uninstall Windows Live Mail and did delete all its folders. After re-installing the problem persists.
I also did reduce the emails in Inbox & Sent Items by removing most of them to Storage forlders but the problem didn't change.
WIndows Live Mail is getting almost all times "Not responding" for many minutes.
ANd when able to use it, the contents do not appear in the body but as two attachments .txt and .htm.
Any possible solution for this problem?

I updated on Tuesday, big mistake. I use Office but could open Word attachments without problem. They were automatically converted and opened. Not now. I can't open Word attachments which makes life very difficult. I do admin work for a number of local
charities, some use Word, some Office so how can I open ALL the attachments I get????

I cannot open or save Excel attachments to incoming e-mail messages. The commands are there- double click and right click. Nothing happens.
This is in Hotmail or Outlook. I want to be able to save attachments to my PC.
