i get a message from an asian computer company at the top ofd any message i am trying tro forward or reply to. i have to manually delete the message soi it doesn’t get sent.

WHEN I TRY TO REPLY TO AN EMAIL MESSAGE, OR TRY TO FORWARD AN EMAIL MESSAGE TO SOMEONE, THERE APPEARS AUTOMATICALLY A MESSAGE FROM:  ELECTRADEW,LTD 
IT IS A PARAGRAPH WITH GREETINGS FROM THEM, ETC.

I HAVE TO MANUALLY DELETE THEIR MESSAGE BEFORE TYPING IN MY MESSAGE.

THEIR MESSAGE APPEARS AUTOMATICALLY.

HOW CAN I PREVENT THIS????

Suddenly and without warning the' REPLY and FORWARD' buttons have disappeared from the hot mail e mail service. Can you  please tell me how these are retrievable as without them the system is almost unusable.

I used to be able to forward an email and delete/edit any attachments, such as prior emails sender name subject, etc.

With the new OUTLOOK all emails are bundled by subject matter. When you FORWARD an email all prior emails are always attched and forwarded also.

When you forward and then delete/edit prior attachments it looks like it works but when you check to see what was sent ALL ATTACHMENTS ARE ALWAYS attached again and everything is sent.

 

PLEASE HELP OR CHANGE THIS TERRIBLE FLAW IN NEW 2012 HOTMAIL/OUTLOOK

I don’t have FORWARD on the line where it states SEND DELETE etc why?

On a regular basis , I can no longer respond to an email without typing in the email address. This is also true when I want to forward an email or send a new email to someone in my contact list. This happens several times per week.

"Forward" has disappeared from my Hotmail Inbox and been replaced by "Sweep." How do I get "Forward" back?
