I need to access my deceased Husband's emails. As I belive members of his family have been trying to access his account they have blocked the account, even though i have the password. Please can you advise how i can go about this ?

I've had an email saying that I need to verify my hotmail account or it will be permanently in 24 hours. Is this a scam?
My account was hacked on Aug 1. The hacker evidently changed the password, so I can't get in.

I haven't logged in to my hotmail account for a while and today I was surprise to find out that all my emails and folders since 97 have disappeared, can you please assist?
note - I have tried the 'recover deleted messages' feature but it didn't help

I keep getting a request to update my username, password, birthdate, and country to keep my account, is this legit?
I had made a new email account last night, I have tried logging on today and it keeps telling me my account doesnt exist, what do I do
I cannot link my new outlook.com account with Microsoft Outlook for MAC 2011. I have never experienced these problems with my hotmail account, I simply added the hotmail account and it functioned correctly.
I have tried to add a new account, using my new outlook.com details, all to no avail!
What do I do now?

I received a dodgy e mail and foolishly opened it...now my account is sending dodgy emails to all my contacts....How can I stop this and get rid of it?
I just signed up for a new @outlook.com account and migrated from my old @hotmail.com account.
I can understand how this would work for my email.
However, since then, I cannot access my MSN messenger anymore as it seems to have erased or closed my @hotmail.com account.
When I log into MSN messenger with my @outlook.com account, none of the contacts are there.... the data migration is a mess.
How do I "un-do" everything so that it is back to normal?
