When I try to past a jpeg (or pdf) on to an email Outlook crashes. Any suggestions?
How can I make my (hotmail account) emails be added automatically to my contacts. I have over 5,000 emails that needs to be added to contacts and is there a faster way to do this or do I have to do it manually for each?
i have just downloaded office for Mac and i have setup my outlook account, i added 3 accounts (gmail, yahoo and hotmail) it downloaded all my emails however in the left panel on outlook it's only showing gmail as account, can anyone help ?
Yesterday, I was able to send emails to a number of recipients, however, today, one of my contacts is missing from the auto-completion function of my contacts list. Why is it gone?

I had Persona Folder within Outlook. I have imported this personal folders from my pst files from Windows. I kept moving the Mails to these personal folders automatically in Outlook using Rules on Mac. However yesterday I need to upgrade my Mountain Lion
OS form 10.7 to 10.8. Obviously this erases everything in my Mac. So Outlook was reinstalled and I have restored all files in my Mac. Unfortunately I could not get my personal folders in to Outlook. I have checked the copies of my previous PST file- however
seems like I could not get the latest copy of PST file for me to import again. Can some tell me where can I get those files from Time Machine?
we are using outlook 2011 and moved mail providers to google and enabled IMAP. When we send an email it shows up in duplicate in the IN BOX verses one copy in sent mail. we have verified out settings. any ideas? thank you

My questions are:
1. My Contacts/Address book which I have set up in Outlook 2011 for MAC "Can I Copy & Save All Of Those Contacts - Lets Say Onto A USB or Documents folder on my MAC. ???

****As I Know I Could Do This When I Was Using Oulook 2010 For Windows On My PC***
