In my normal log in screen I am given options to remember the address or not. How do I default" do not remember my address" in the above page?

Received an email form Hotmail Team informing me I have to confirm my Hotmail/MSN account and that I have to logon to my online account with the link provide

My acccountis now in arabic. How can I get back to english?
