necesito saber por que no puedo abrir hotmail quiero rebisar mis correos y no responde bien

Contact names can be added but no other information can be included. The only thing that can be done in "Edit" is to add a different version of the name; I cannot find any place to add an email address, a street address, a phone number, etc.

hola despues de tener muchos años mi correo electronico y pensando q era muy seguro con la privacidad, hace meses me lo hakearon , era muy importante para mi ya q tenia direcciones de muchas casas de bs as x la cual yo hacia mis pedidos para poder comprar.
la quiero recuperar y me piden la pregunta secreta q hace años la hice y no la recuerdo, no hay otra manera q me puedan ayudar ?
quiero comunicarme con atencion al cliente y te cobran para poder ayudartee como es esto ? si yo creia q era algo serio y q nadie podia tomar mi cuenta?

adding contact to favorite list with new format

With the new format-I cannot figure out where to go or how to put a new contact on my favorite list. I see nothing to click like on the old format!

Hotmail password not enough.

I have received a message which says that a password is not enough and asking personal information. They are also asking for an alternative e mail address which I do not have.  This message opens up everytime I open hotmail.   I have now been told that my e mail account will be closed as I have exceeded the sending and receiving limit in the last 7 days.  Is this for real?

Has anybody had any problems with hotmail in the last couple of weeks? Off and on it tells me that they are having problems and I have to open and close it a several times before I have access.

exceeding my sending and recieving limit

An e-mail from Microsoft I've recieved is saying I've exceeded my limit on sending and recieving e-mails in the past 7 days. I have sent a only half a dozen e-mails at the most and probably recieved the same number of e-mails as I normally due. Could the e-mail not be from Microsoft. If this is from Microsoft who do I get in touch with to talk to. I'm worried I'm been hacked into.

For some reason one of my clients cannot email me. Their email keeps getting rejected. Never had a problem before.
