These "controls" are set by drop-downs when we want to use other than the default values.
Once set for a new e-mail or reply (or by some configuration screen), how can these be saved to be the default from then on?
I select All, then delete, but still can't delete all messages from Deleted box.....unless I click Empty and then they go. How can I fix this? Thanks.
So I'm in my Hotmail inbox. I go to Contacts. Then I want to go back to my inbox. There is no link. Sometimes I have to go all the way out of hotmail & sign in again, which is a big pain in the ---. Once in awhile the back arrow works, but often
it doesn't.

i use my @hotmail.com address for at least a dozen account usernames i don't want to change my email or upgrade nthis would cause me a massive migraine for a very long time. i'm very happy with hotmail! how do i guarantee i don't lose my @hotmail account innthis upgrade?
Can you adjust my hotmail account to send more than 10 attachment?. I could do this before and now I can't. Others are able to send me these e-mails and it is embarrassing to tell them my hotmail won't let me. Please fix and I;m mot sure why you took
